Bryan was born and raised in Corpus Christi and chose real estate as his first profession after graduating from Texas State University in 2002. Johnson completed his Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas A&M-CC in 2008. Bryan has been operating 361Realty since 2005 but has been actively managing and brokering real estate in Texas since 2002. The first company Johnson worked for also focused on Corpus Christi Rental Management and Padre Island land sales. Under the mentorship of Hunsaker & Associates, Bryan learned the Texas Property Code and the do's and dont's of Corpus Christi property management. As an active real estate investor and property manager, Bryan provides his friends, agents and clients with a fresh, creative perspective and valuable information on each transaction. Johnson is also a licensed Texas Real Estate Appraiser and has earned many of the industry leading designations such as CCIM, GRI and ALC.
